The territory-wide Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS) was launched in 2016 as a secure information sharing platform which allows registered healthcare providers in the public and private sectors, with patients' consent, to view and upload their electronic health records (eHR) for healthcare purposes. The objectives of the eHRSS are to facilitate continuity of care for patients, enhanced quality and efficiency of healthcare services, and facilitate public-private healthcare collaboration.
As the eHRSS marked its third anniversary this year, over one million members of the public had registered to join. Riding on this momentous milestone, the Food and Health Bureau will be holding a community roving exhibition to further promote and encourage public’s participation in the system.
All are welcome to join and admission is free. The first exhibition will be held with details as follows -
|Date||：||26 July 2019 to 30 July 2019 (Friday to Tuesday)|
|Venue||：||Atrium, Level 1, Phase 2, Amoy Plaza, 77 Ngau Tau Kok Road, Kowloon Bay, Kln|
|Time||：||11:00am - 7:00pm|
In addition to panel displays and video broadcast introducing the eHRSS and its latest development, visitors can take part in interactive activities at the exhibition to learn more about the eHR programme and cast their votes on the favourite new features of the system. Last but not least, visitors can register with the eHRSS on site and receive special souvenirs upon successful registration! We look forward to meeting you at the exhibition!
The roving exhibition will later be held in other districts and details will be announced in due course.
